  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in any program offered by the School. Additional eligibility criteria may apply to specific programs and will be communicated during the enrollment process.

  1. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a program offered by the School is subject to availability and approval by the School’s administration. The School reserves the right to deny enrollment to any individual without providing a reason.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment for programs must be made in full before the commencement of the program, unless otherwise specified by the School. All fees are non-refundable.

4.1 Payment Plans

Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the School, subject to agreement between the participant and the School’s administration. If a payment plan is agreed upon, the participant agrees to adhere to the payment schedule outlined by the School. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program, at the discretion of the School.

4.2 Liability for Full Balance

Regardless of whether the participant completes the course or program, the participant is liable for the full balance of the program fees as agreed upon, including any outstanding payments according to the agreed payment plan. The participant understands and agrees that they are responsible for the full payment of fees, regardless of their completion status or any circumstances that may arise during the course.

4.3 Bounced Payments

In the event of a bounced payment or failure to process payment due to insufficient funds or any other reason, the participant remains liable for the outstanding balance. The participant agrees to promptly rectify the situation and provide alternative payment methods or make arrangements with the School to settle the outstanding balance.

4.4 Interest and Administrative Fees

If the participant fails to make timely payments or if payments bounce, the participant agrees to pay interest on the outstanding balance at a rate determined by the School, as well as any additional administrative fees incurred by the School in the process of collecting the outstanding balance.

4.5 Suspension of Access

The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program in the event of non-payment or failure to adhere to the agreed payment plan. The participant acknowledges that failure to make timely payments may result in loss of access to course materials, participation in live sessions, and other program benefits.
